Short wait time, friendly staff. My daughter will only get a covid test here because they 'dont poke her brain' as she puts it.

I needed a paper that said I had covid for work and I got it in less than 10 minutes. The doctors were great.

Every doctor, assistant, every front desk , all staff provide excellent service and therefore there is no wait, prescription written and further medical attention is discussed at length when recommended. Doctoring skills and knowledge  are outstanding as well as the Gathering of medical  information  and  the office and restrooms are inaccurate.  Everyone is exceptional kind and caring. Excellent!

Urgently Care has made me consider making it my personal physician center. My doctors are in NY but for the past few years Urgent Care continues to deliver quality professional clean and Happy Staff. My first time at the Physicians One located in Mamaroneck. Online appointment booking was easy. Receptionist was friendly. Ray gave an excellent throat culture! MaryAm, the PA, was knowledgeable and a good listener. I would return to this urgent care.

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

Came back from being on a trip and had a sore throat and headache. Got an appointment right away, and staff was very friendly and informative. I will continue going there as I feel I’m getting the best care. Thank you!!

I didn’t make an appointment in advanced but just walked in & the staff took me in right away, was able to help me with my issue, gave me the proper medications and were super friendly. 10/10 recommended
