What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.

This is my favorite place to get care. The staff is very friendly, efficient and helpful. The office is immaculately clean. The doctor’s bedside manner is outstanding. He is patient, thorough and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location.

I've been to this urgent care twice in the past few years. The customer service and bedside manner is exactly the same both times and how it should be for all healthcare settings. Vybe Urgent Care really seems to care about the people in our community and are making a difference in their patients' lives. I loved it here! Having vibrant and energetic staff made my experience wonderful. I had little to no wait and I was accommodated by Jada who was great! She made sure I was comfortable and made sure she answered all my questions before and after the test was given. Also doctor Patel was amazing with giving me the proper instructions in regards to following up after my Covid test was done. I’m thankful for this because I was very nervous about my first test but she helped me so it wasn’t that bad after all. One thing I must say though, I definitely didn’t expect to laugh during my test but Jada made sure I giggled in the process. Again, thank you guys for all the hard work you guys do and I will look forward to seeing Jada and doctor Patel if I need to go back any time soon.
