I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

I enjoyed chatting with nurse Nakita as she check my vitals. Get her some comfortable shoes level up! The Dr that tended to me was really nice, understanding and very supportive. She pointed out my blood pressure levels and I have been paying more attention to my diet and stress since. This visit was a breeze.
