I have been to Moody MainStreet Family Care twice. The staff is very friendly courteous and helpful if You treat them with respect.. They worked me in their schedule the first time and there was a wait but it takes time for the Covid tests to process. I had an appointment the second time and the staff took me through like clock work. I'm setting my third appointment now. Lee

I called this facility on Monday and they said they were open until 8 I drove there took about 15 minutes and on arriving the door was locked. The front office person came to the door and said they were closing early I told her I had just spoke to her and she said they were there until 8. She went to the back and came back to the front and said she was sorry but they were leaving to come back in the morning! This is no way to treat people especially sick people! Very unprofessional and do not recommend this place!

Front desk girl was really sweet. The NP was terrible. She discriminated against my child because he has special needs. I intend to discuss this with the owner. She didn’t want to touch him. She didn’t want to examine him. She didn’t want to treat him. We were the only ones in there while she sat at the desk and played on her phone even though I explained his special circumstance. They need to close this place or hire a better staff. This is the second time they’ve refused my son service because of his special needs. She called him a “liability.” He’s a CHILD! The only reason I went there was because I was desperate, his ear had fluid drainage and since he doesn’t speak well, he can’t tell me if his eardrum ruptured. If I hadn’t been in the medical field and literally guided the NP on how to do her job, he wouldn’t have been checked at all. She is the liability. You can not diagnose someone without examining them. I intend to make sure that doesn’t happen to anyone else.
