Just wanted to highlight the great job of Bethel. She is so nice and looks like experienced.  She’s helped me few times already. She is really the kind of person to be attending patients.  She is very nice, she has patience and sweet and very caring and experienced. She’s awesome!

We were so blown away by the professional and personalized care we received - plus the staff was very supportive, empathetic and efficient  Clean facility too - it was our first visit but any time we need help again this facility would be our primary option

Doctor Reeves took his time, great bedside manners & helpful treatment.

The staff was helpful filling out the forms. Very attentive and thorough. Will definitely go there in the futurr.

Waited for over 1.5 hours to be seen.  PA said she thought it was one thing and then the doc comes in and says it might be something else. He tested for stuff tells me they’re negative, but doesn’t actually tell me the diagnosis.  A google search says it could be contagious, wish he would have mentioned that to me so I don’t overly expose my wife and kid to it. But idk if it is or not. Google isn’t 100% accurate. Major oversight. Prescribed two medications but nothing to alleviate the symptoms that are causing pain and discomfort. I had to ask the pharmacy when I picked of the medications and ask for a recommendation for OTC. The OTC and prescription cant be used at the same time… good thing the pharmacist told me that cause the doc didn’t.  There were some nice people, but wouldn’t go back unless I didn’t have a choice.

I was able to walk in and be seen in a reasonable amount of time. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Doctors and X-ray staff were patient and took their time I highly recommend this Urgent Care facility l.

We needed a last minute TB test and knew to get it read in time we’d have to do it on Saturday. We looked for places and AFC came up. The reviews were good so we gave it a try. So glad we did. It was easy to schedule and get in right away. I will try this provider again.

Only complaint is why you have a scheduling system for appointments if you are not staffed for them.  I waited over 1.5 hours before being seen by the doctor

The staff was very helpful and concern for my health. They took all necessary precautions to figure out what was wrong with my health. They did not take any shortcuts and were genuinely concerned for me. Will be coming back in the future. I would recommend this provider.
