I had the worst experience with Dr. Churchill at the Litchfield and Camelback Medpost Urgent Care tonight. Dr. Churchill was rude by talking over me when I voiced my concern, impatient with me when I asked serious questions regarding my pain, short in explanations with because I was ignorant about what was wrong with me, and quick to kick me out the door at 745pm after I waited nearly 3 hours for her help. Even though I brought my medical documents from a recent ED visit one month prior, she was determined to send me off to the ED again. She did not offer any help with the pain I was having, but rather asked me if I wanted to be proactive or reactive with my care regarding antibiotics. Of course I asked for a proactive plan of attack. Dr. Churchill came back after 5 minutes, cracked open the door, and handed me a prescription that would hopefully help, but left before I could ask any more questions about alternate options. I am less than impressed with Dr. Churchill and would not recommend anyone to visit this Urgent Care while she is attending. Even the receptionist rolled her eyes when we asked who the attending physician was. AVOID Dr. Churchill!!
