This my 3rd time visiting Mend Urgent Care and the service has been the same, starting with the receptionist to all the staff. I have no complaints. The place is very clean and I like the fact they put partitions in the waiting area and it made me feel comfortable more so than other places I have gone were they just separate the seats.

Came in for chest and heart related pain, instantly the doctor told me I was having pulmonary embolism (unrelated to my symptoms) because I’m on birth control. Told the doctor I’d been on that medication for over two years, she told me it didn’t matter. She went on a rant about why birth control is bad and gave the impression she thought I was stupid for not knowing all the side effects it can cause. She then disrespectfully asked me if I was “taking it just to have fun or?” And I had to disclose to her and her nurse that I have painful and irregular periods. It felt like I was being judged and mocked. Then I was told to just go to ER because they didn’t have enough equipment to know exactly what was wrong. I wish I could get my $60 back so it could go towards my ER bill.
