Horrific experience. I was injured on the mountain on 1/3/19 and the Ski Patrol brought me down the mountain. I was taken into the Urgent Care building via the Ski Patrol snow mobile at approx 5:15 and when they tried to help me check in a grey haired nurse/doctor lady made them shut the door to the clinic portion and griped them out for bringing in someone after the 5:00 closing time. The lady then came out and made me feel terrible and raised her voice while slamming her clipboard around telling me how it was after 5:00, multiple times. I guess if I get hurt again I need to be more considerate about her schedule and try to hurt myself earlier in the day. The Ski Patrol guys were shocked to witness how she treated me. Ski Patrol could not have been nicer. I left to go get treatment somewhere else because I felt like an absolute burden to this "caregiver". My advice is if you get hurt, please do it first thing in the morning and do your best to get a different medical professional than this horrible lady. I very much understand having operating hours and do not like it when people come into my business at closing time, but I do not yell at them and make them feel less than human.
