I have used this Urgent Care for years. I'm not sure what has happened since last visit but they will not remain open with any good reviews with the lazy staff they have. Dr Hailey has no bedside manner, her nurse evidently is too lazy to follow-up with patients. I called to inquire about my diagnosis and was told they had a list of patients to contact.36 Hours later and still no contact. Had another request and instead of calling me just rejected my request to review a script they had prescribed. Really, get off your phones and do your job instead of being on your own personal text messages and business. The plus size receptionist was so rude to not only me but all the customers that she helped, that is not acceptable when patients are coming in not feeling well at all. She couldn't operate a computer after telling her 4 times my name. I had an appt and waited 45 minutes which is understandable but to wait another 30 minutes to get a kit to take home because the nurses were too busy on their phones is not acceptable. Someone within Mercy needs to get this situation resolved. I understand busy but being on their phones when I physically viewed it and making patients wait and/or not providing them updates is not acceptable in an Healthcare environment.

Experience, was very insensitive. Physician acted like I was inconvenience him. He said he didn’t see anything wrong with my X-ray, but the pain in my foot and ankle was a 10. Gave my two meds and sent me on my way, as they always do. I’m sick and tired of them thinking I want pain meds I’m not a drug seeker. Would not recommend.

Terrible over 2 hour waits. One nurse operating the care. Room full of patience no desire to help sick patients. Saw nurses behind front desk trying perfume. Terribly run!!! 2 hour waits!!! It’s not even Saturday morning!! Management is needed at this place ASAP!!!

Terrible, I was having severe pain, told him the pain was so severe it was nauseating. From that point he treated me like I was just drug seeking, saying they did not dispense narcotics/pain pills in urgent care! Even after telling him I was not there for drugs he did not even examine or ask to see the area of severe pain. Just told me to take over the counter glucosamine, and there was nothing more they could do for me. Front office staff / nurse was nice enough.

My son was visiting from out of town near the holidays and had to visit the clinic. It was the worst experience I have ever had with health care. The front office was fine, but it was the lack of care and compassion from the doctors that appalled me. Everything from eye rolling, to interrupting, to telling him he should go back to Colorado for his care. This was from 2 different doctors. I plan to make a formal complaint once I figure out who the appropriate entity is. I have never left a review before and I wish I could give a negative star rating. This needs to be reported to whomever has the authority to change it!
