I was in “urgent” need of a type of test. This facility was listed online as both accepted by my insurance and capable of performing the test. I scheduled an appointment and took off from work. The staff behind the front desk, though nice, had no idea how to process my paperwork. Even though the website indicated that this facility took my insurance, staff told me on scene that I had to pay out of pocket. I agreed to do this. I took the test but was told I had to do it again because it had been administered incorrectly by staff, then I had to wait. When I was finally seen, the nurse did not even know why I was there. She started weighing me, taking my blood pressure, and even prepping me for blood work - before I told her none of those things had anything to do with my visit. I waited another 45 minutes alone in a waiting room. I eventually sought out staff because I had to get back to work. I was told that I now needed to pay more money for the test I needed. At that point, I asked for a refund and walked out. My experience here was not positive. Services were advertised but for some reason not offered when I came for my appointment. I lost vacation time and still left without the test I needed. The staff was friendly but extremely confused and non-responsive. Even when I was finally being seen, the person who was examining me had no idea why I was there or what kind of test I wanted. This was not a positive experience and I would never go back!
