Having the ability to schedule my appointment prior to arrival helped with wait times. I was taken care of very quickly. The provider who treated me (doctor/physician.) was VERY nice, understanding and helpful. The only thing that was discouraging was the nurse (I’m assuming that was her roll?) that came in prior to the doctor was very rough, and seemed very miserable while taking my vitals and such. She was asking me many questions. When I redirected her because of my comfortability, she became rude. Upon her leaving the room she slammed the door. Startling me. The reasoning I was there I would think she would have thought to be more mindful. Other than that, wonderful place.

I live in Glassboro and don't mind the drive out there at all. All of the staff have been very nice and accommodating. No problem getting in and getting seen - which is almost impossible given the last couple of years experiences. In comparison to the other Inspira Urgent Care centers, this one has been the best so far.

Doctor was excellent. Receptionist was rude to me and elderly man behind me asking questions about kiosk. I also like that hours were earlier than other centers

Excellent staff, quick service, very professional. I was surprised I had a $50.00 co-pay, but paid it no problem. My co-worker with the same insurance paid NOTHING a few days later! That is the second time, I got charged and a co-worker did not at the same place, all of us having the same insurance. Crazy, go figure?!
