If you are looking for a stress-free COVID-19 PCR testing experience, this is it! I got my result in 6 hours (tested at 10 am)!! I booked online at genophylllabs.com. I drove to their convenient sample collection site at the back of the building, in the parking lot (next to the cute yellow cones). An awesome, enthusiastic lady came to my car and explained the process. I didn't have to leave my car! And the swab only needed to go 1.5 cm in the nose. Most comfortable covid test I've done!! The results were secure emailed to me. I didn't even have to call the lab to inquire about my results -- they texted me to confirm I received it! They accepted my insurance because God knows I was symptomatic!

I recently went to the diagnostic side of the IMA Facility in Shrewsbury and can’t praise them enough. The office was clean and neat. I was greeted by the friendliest front desk receptionist, Deborah. I had some paperwork to fill out which took about 5 mins and I was immediately brought back for my Bone Density Scan. The imaging tech Rachel was terrific. She explained everything that was going to be done in full detail. She always asked if I was comfortable. The results of the test came back on time as promised.
