I'm an RN and I don't like very many doctors. My first appointment with Dr. Weston was very impressive. He was extremely knowledgeable about my complicated medical history. He was thorough in explaining all my questions and concerns. His compassion with my "taking care of myself" was appreciated beyond words. I have never felt rushed or as if Dr. Weston wasn't completely listening to me. I completely trust Dr. Weston's evaluation and judgment. I could not have chosen a better provider. I've never had a problem with any staff member, but then again, my husband says I'm friendly. It doesn't take much, even when you're sick.

I am an RN and don't care for very many doctors. Dr. Weston impressed me with his knowledge and compassion on my first and each visit since. I never felt rushed and he always asked if I had any questions. He always answered my questions throughly, especially when I didn't understand. I feel comfortable and confident having Dr. Weston. I have never had a problem with any staff member, but my husband tells me I'm pleasant. It doesn't take much, even when we're sick.

I recently moved to the area, and need a health form completed for my son to enroll in school. They got us in for an appointment the next day. The staff and Dr. Weston were great.

I arrived at 915am and after going to the window many times was taken to the back. Everyone in the waiting room was complaining about wait time and many just left. They could have at the least told us about the wait and kept us updated. The staff was to busy playing on phones to notice anyone and could have cared less. My suggestion run from this place go anywhere but here

Was turned away today not accepting walk-in patients . Novant corporate get your act together! You need competition to offer the services this community needs. You can’t get a same day sick patient appt and no you can’t walk-in to the so called clinic that you are told to go to.

Brenda PA was condescending, wouldn’t listen to my concerns and I had to beg for an ultrasound I waited 2 hours for. Was told I didn’t need one and just needed a GI referral (btw GI has 989 people waiting on referrals in Brunswick county they told me) long story short, I did indeed need the ultrasound and had my gallbladder out within 3 days with the help of a physician friend. Advocate for yourself! As a nurse practitioner myself I felt degraded and disrespected to say the least. Even from the office administrator unfortunately.

It is absolutely the worse visit and experience I have ever had in a medical facility. Staff was rude and not truthful. One staff member sitting at a computer interjected several rude comments while I was discussing an issue with another staff member. HIPPA violations are extreme. No privacy for seeing the doctor or getting tested for COVID. Unfortunately, I could hear the entire medical conversation between another patient and doctor. One staff member lied and stated that they were out of Rapid test, later another staff member said they were not doing them due to shortage. A staff member that was sitting on the other side of the room piped in loudly "you can just go somewhere else to get your test." This person was not even in the conversation. I will not be using them again. Just moved here from a large city and was hoping for the small town charm, but did not feel it here.

The staff was absolutely rude! Each person had a different response to questions that was the opposite. One staff member lied about availability of test as was confirmed by another staff member. Would not recommend to any one.

I arrived 15 minutes before closing on a Friday afternoon. And they would NOT do my test. As I was leaving g there were a few others coming in behind me. They told me to come back at 9 am on Saturday. We stood in the line in the blazing sun waiting for them to arrive. 15 minutes late!! I guess 15 is the magic number. Pandemic?

Took grandson on Friday morning for rapid covid test as school said he'd been exposed. Still haven't gotten results. So much for RAPID. Going to Walgreens.
