My two kids are poison ivy. I went in the girl. The front desk was phenomenal. She was very helpful. Was good all around experience

Staff very friendly. Caregivers knowledgeable. In and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Would use them again for an urgent care need.

Well, to be honest I was a bit disappointed. I went online to search for a "podiatrist" for a same day, or next day appointment. Using my zip code, I searched for locations in which to see a podiatrist the same day...... Your location, which is just within three or four blocks from my home, came up. Bottom line is, I anticipated, and expected to see a board certified podiatrist... A doctor who "specializes in foot care!"

Urgently Care has made me consider making it my personal physician center. My doctors are in NY but for the past few years Urgent Care continues to deliver quality professional clean and Happy Staff. I am considering switching over because of the variety and quality service provided by the ENTIRE TEAM. Thanks again for helping me feel better walking out the door then how I felt going in. Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.

The doctor the very unprofessional, snarky. And kept going on about my symptoms on what he “thinks” rather than facts,  then gave me attitude over wanting a xray stating “if you want radiation then fine” when i asked about a full panel he acted as if it was coming out of his pocket to pay for me. This isnt the first time he has acted like this either. He does not seem like he wants to be there or deal with the patients. He also does not want to find out what is the cause of why someone is sick he rather just go off of what he thinks. Everyone else that was their nurses staffing besides the doctor they were all great!

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.
