I was referred over to this location by a friend and I'm so happy I went. My regular office was jam packed and couldn't fit me in. I was happy to walk in and see empty chairs and fill out all the paperwork with ease. Staff was awesome ! Doctor great!

This is a good clinic that they take care of you right away & the staffs are amazing respectful to the patient… keep up ladies & doctor.

COVID Test, nasal swab, not at all painful, a tad annoying - close your eyes. Results in 3-5 days. Tech had a "good touch".

Chai Urgent Care in the Jackson Heights shopping center, is a very well run place. The very professional staff is caring and respectful. I would go back without any hesitation.

Everything about this place but mainly the staff is what makes this place great. I was taken aback at how great of service I received. The staff were friendly professional prompt and timely. If you could give them a raise or some type of merit bonus you should because this type of service in this neighborhood is very rare.

Everything was perfect, the young woman that was working this day was by herself and did an asking job!

Came here for a physical and met with Dr Vukasinov. Great provider. Filled things out ahead of time so check in was quick. Would recommend.
