I cannot express how grateful I am to have this ProHealth facility nearby. Even in these crazy times, the facility was, as always, clean, dependable and filled w caring employees. I had called my primary for an appointment, thinking I had a severe sinus infection. Understandably, as some of my symptoms overlapped w COViD 19 symptoms (severe headache, dizziness, nausea), she asked me to go to a (different) urgent care instead. I knew better, and went to Pro-Health immediately. While I had the option to make an appointment online, they were running 3 days out, so I tried my luck, and walked in. I knew I could count on their safety protocols. I was the only person in the large waiting room. There was a receptionist on the phone when I arrived, it wasn’t 5 seconds later that a second appeared, took my info (I wanted a rapid COVID 19 test first, in case). He apologetically explained that he would call me on my cell when it was time to come in. I laughed: under the circumstances, I expected to wait upwards of 3 hours! They texted me a link, and I filled out paperwork in the car, then rec’d a link letting me watch my exact place in line, in real time. Clearly, they have some staff dealing w walk-ins, and others with those w appts. I was called in less than 50 mins later! This was my first COVID test, and we’ve all heard stories about that nasal/“brain” swab! This technician was thorough, but gentle. No sudden poke, but gentle twisting in both nostrils, sure to get at different parts of each nostril. I was asked to wait in the room for results, which came back (negative🤗) in less than a half hour. The Dr who came in to follow up about my sinus infection was professional and personable. As I’d had no fever, and was already taking Flonase, he started me on a 6 day course of steroids. 2 1/2 days in, and I already see an improvement!! I have used Pro-Health for years, whenever I was unable to see my primary. I have never once been disappointed. How they can handle the amount of people they are, while keeping patients apart, is nothing short of amazing!

The MA I had was terrific and very accommodating and attentive. The PA I had was friendly did both covid tests and sent prescriptions over BUT was NOT clear on should I be getting an antibiotic if covid tests were negative and I ended up just having a sinus infection/ear infection/strep throat kind of thing that would require an antibiotic!!! I guess if I don’t hear anything I will call and see if they will call in an antibiotic for me?! Otherwise the PA was very considerate and accommodating in doing both covid tests my vitals etc.

We did a tele-visit with the doctor. It was super convenient. While Waiting for the doctor to join the call I got anxious because we were waiting 22 minutes. I was afraid I did something wrong, but it worked out fine. The doctor joined the call a minute later. She was Pleasant and prescribed him antibiotics for his sinus headache. This was some much better than sitting in a waiting room. I would highly recommend the tele-visit to anyone that asks me.

The experience was excellent. I have one question. When the doctor came in (I had nasal congestion and thought that I was getting a sinus infection) she said she was calling in a prescription for an antibiotic to my drug store. I didn't get a notice from my drug store so I'm wondering if it was sent. Just checking. The appointment arrangement on line was easy to use.

I walked into ProHealth Urgent Care in Jericho not feeling well. Very quickly I was brought into an exam room & screened by a medical professional. The Physician Assistant quickly came to speak to me. Saying I thought I had sinusitis & bronchitis they did a Covid test & a lung X-ray. I was given prescriptions & on my way home very quickly.

The staff is very efficient and friendly. I was able to get information on new doctors and appts set for me that made it so easy. I am comfortable with the facility. I am still waiting for results from a covid test, 2 days now feeling uncomfortable about it. I went in for a sinus infection.

The gentleman who took my call was understanding and considerate of my symptoms and feelings. He called in my prescription for a sinus infection to my local pharmacy and I’m looking forward to feeling better soon!

Very short wait. Very kind and capable PA saw me. Listened and prescribed an antibiotic for my sinus infection. Starting to feel better already.

Reservations for Covid rapid test completed along with visit from Dr for sinusitis. Best of outcomes for all symptoms. Highly recommended for quality results.

I was away from home developed a bad sinus infection. The process was easy tue people were great. Very satisfied with the televising.

Same day appointment for sinus infection. Everything went very smoothly. The clinical staff provided excellent care.

Came in for cough and sinus headache. Dr never looked in my ears, nose or throat.
