The provider and staff were friendly, knowledgeable & very thorough. There was hardly any wait time. The office was very clean & sanitized.

Today was the first time I ever went to CityMD Urgent care. Vanessa at the front desk was friendly, professional and made my visit a great experience. I didn't know what to expect, and I was very pleased when walking in and waiting. Christina who showed me to the exam room and took my Vitals was amazing. At first I thought she was the Dr. She made me feel comfortable. The Dr was good as well. Thank you all very much.

I've been going to medi center for 30 years never had a problem Dr.Skully has been my primary care physician and has always treated me perfectly.

I was very satisfied with care I got, the wait time was not long, staff was courteous and caring. I will continue to go here when needed! The exam process was very thorough! Felt good walking out knowing I had good care and doctors, nurses, staff! Would highly recommend !

I waited almost 2 hours just to get a prescription

Excellent!!! The CitiMD had closed their wait line for the day, so I called Bellmore, who said to come right down. My husband had an allergic reaction and had a swollen tongue. They gave him a shot of steroids and told him to wait in the waiting area, then checked up on him about 20-25 minutes later and sure enough, the swelling had begun to go down. Thank you to PA Wong!!
