It’s not like your regular doctors office they are urgent care Some staff members are friendly, some are not. This is a field in which you must have compassion or get another job! I do believe some doctors lack medical training and are not sure or misdiagnose your condition Always revisit your PCP

Excellent staff, quick service, very professional. I was surprised I had a $50.00 co-pay, but paid it no problem. My co-worker with the same insurance paid NOTHING a few days later! That is the second time, I got charged and a co-worker did not at the same place, all of us having the same insurance. Crazy, go figure?!

I’ve been to this Urgent Care many times for sinus infections, deep splinter removal, even an allergic reaction to a bee sting. Staff and doctors were always friendly and knowledgable . I have recommended family and friends here.

This was my third visit to the Ephrata location. I drove to Ephrata even though Lititz now has one a little closer.Lititz is a little closer.Once again I received excellent care! Everyone is extremely friendly, caring and compassionate! Thank you Rose and Dr Beidler!
