I’m very sick and called just to know how backed up the office was as a walk-in customer, but when I called receptionist just said hold please and never took 2 seconds to see what I needed. By the way I’m still on hold over 20 minutes! This is sad that since COVID we have lost the basics in hospitality! Will hang up now! And try another facility
