The staff was great, the doctor was really nice. The bill for their services, horrendous. I was diagnosed with an ear infection, given a prescription and then my insurance company was billed almost $500. Of that, my out of pocket, almost $300. When I called and spoke to billing, I asked if there was a mistake and they said no. That is a charge for an office visit for a new patient. I learned a very important lesson, always ask about the fees in advance. If I would have done that, I would never have had anything to do with them. It was not an emergency, but now I have to deal with the financial fall out. So sad. Lesson learned.
