I guess I should have read the reviews before I took my son here. Biggest waste of time! The up front staff was nice and friendly but once you walk through the door to the room, worse experience at a doctors office. Not only was Mary Paradis rude and not helpful at all, she acted like she was afraid to even come into the room to treat my son. She refused to give me a doctors note for my son because I wouldn’t test him for Covid. How can you call yourself a doctor if you’re afraid of sick people? I will never step foot in the place again due to being disrespected by Mary and my son not receiving proper treatment. Would not recommend going here if you have any sickness.

The nurse practitioner was very rude she did not even look at me the gal that brought me to the clinic room was the one who was very nice. Dr walked in stood in doorway and said this is what I will be giving you. And I have all these other people out her waiting on me. I would not go back there if I had to see her again.

This doctor is overworked. She needs help. I giver her high praise for running this place. I do feel my I didn't get a chance to explain all my symptoms. But that being said she diagnosed me in a swiftly manner.

I was dubious about how the NP, Doctor, or PA (No Name Tag?) was going to treat my ailment. But it is working, so I'm good so far. One of the Staff at the front desk was rude. I hadn't have her HELP Me at check in. With my right writing or texting hand swollen and very painful, she could have been more understanding. In the end she did help me though. I'm glad I have a Pulse Urgent care near where I live and don't usually encounter rudeness. Thankyou

For my first time visit I was light headed & the scheduler was VERY KIND in assisting me w/ paperwork, I was told to return fir the 2 pm appt.. my wait was about 4( min, but that wasn’t a problem as I said I was light headed & needed to stay seated. When taken back to the exam room the MA was kind & courteous, because of shortness of breath & light headed the Nurse Practioner ordered an ECG, when she came in to talk to me the (NP), going over the chart she was coughing so much I told her to go drink water, she left & returned 10 min later looking refreshed with a much neater appearance. Her hair brushed out & no mask as before. Her diagnoses was read to me in which I felt was inappropriate. When my reading of BP & heart rate level was high I told her my NORMAL heart rate is 47-49 my entire adult life. She said that was Abnormal, I’ve had my Primary doctor since 1996 and he’s NEVER told me it was abnormal. I could go on of my dissatisfaction with this NP, but I’ll leave it at that. I could never return to see that NP again. I would NEVER recommend that NP but PULSE I would.

Tried to tell me that my Medicare didn’t cover a $50 Covid test. According to them Medicare won’t pay $50 for a Covid test, but the patient will, so that is why they tell you it’s not covered because THEY don’t bill Medicare for it.
