Great experience as always! The staff is exceptional.

I got a shot today and Shante was super good.  She had an easy hand and the shot didn’t hurt at all!

I went to pick up my medicine and followed instructions by scheduling an appointment but had to wait 20 minutes to get it.  I understand delays or being busy but this is a consistent frustration.  I was excited when they moved my medication to pick up and home dispensing due to the convenience factor but the wait times picking it up negate any convenience factor I intended to benefit from.

I absolutely adore the staff! Incredibly friendly and efficient. Absolutely love that I can make my appointments through the Solv app.

Always great to get B-12 shots at this location!  Easy to schedule and no wait time!

Wait time my past two visits have been longer than anticipated, especially for a quick injection.  Staff seemed confused on new process implementation of taking injections home, still have not received follow up on this offering (two weeks).  Staff also seemed confused on increasing dosage this visit asking me if I was ready to increase….. shouldn’t this be a guided process based on the providers recommendations on medicine?  I’m left feeling a little nervous about the teams ability to best meet my needs.

Loved everything about the experience... except that I shared the waiting room with sick patients.  Even if they can't see you yet, being escorted to the IV room immediately would be better.

Technician did not know why I was here today.  Major lack of communication and poor professional service.  I emailed the coordinator requesting a follow up.  I sure hope the program improves going forward.

the provider that i saw was super super kind, and i appreciated her being very thorough. however, the MA that was with me was very rude. she rolled her eyes and was visibly annoyed that i was there.  I am not a patient that would typically complain about my care, as I am a nurse and know how it can be. however, this MA was very rude, and it was very obvious she was not enjoying her job.

Staff was amazing. Very friendly and so helpful. I have always had great care at the Argyle Rapid Med.
