What to know before you go
*All services are self-pay. We do not bill insurance.
*Appointments are not secured until a 50% deposit is paid. Ensure a payment method is added after completing your booking and consent forms so that your deposit can be processed after booking.
*Deposits are NOT refundable unless the appointment is canceled AT LEAST 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
*Deposits will be processed soon after booking. If a payment method is not provided or is declined, the appointments will be canceled.
*NO WALK-INS. If you do not see a convenient time, please call our office to confirm availability.

- For your convenience, all covid-19 testing is drive-up only. Please remain in your vehicle. Your appointment confirmation will provide details.
- All samples are collected via a more comfortable lower nasal swab

We were 50 minutes early for my appointment and they weren't even open yet. I rang the doorbell where the Staff acknowledged us and wanted to attend to our testing for us immediately. Staff were very experienced, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable for our requirements. Would definitely recommend them.
