Had a scheduled appointment and checked in 15 mins prior. It was over an hour in the waiting room before being called to the back to an exam room. Had to wait another 25 minutes for the dr to only tell me I had a cold virus and to go purchase some Mucinex or Robutussin. Thanks for the two hour wait for that diagnosis!

I waited an 1.5 to be seen. The doctor said that I had a virus but I let him know that I felt like I a was having an allergic reaction because my head itched. In the evening I transpired with an overall body rash and can confirm that I am allergic to Nitrofurantoin.

The staff was very nice attentive and friendly. I literally had no wait time, and upon the end of my visit they sent in a prescription for me to pick up at my local pharmacy, which was very convenient.

The wait time was long but after entering I could understand why it was long. From intake to leaving each staff member, the doctor included, had patience and took their time to listen!!! This is the second time I’ve visited this urgent care and each time it is great. I would 100% recommend this location.

Doctor Vetrano was excellent with my daughter. Extremely friendly, knew exactly how to treat her condition, and was very patient with her. I got all my questions answered, and explained everything with her medications.

Everything was 5 star service ! The only area of concern is if a customer makes appointment they should be prioritize. Appears the staff takes patients in the order they arrived . Appointments appears to be pointless.
