Dr. Aristmuno has been my doctor for several years now. I trust him and he has been very helpful in getting tests etc that I’ve needed. Overall, I find him to be a compassionate doctor who is concerned about his patients. Nursing assistants not so much. I also find Yishai Sprung, PT to be excellent in Physical Therapy. Listens to what you have to say and has great bedside manner.

I’m having always the same problems with this clinic. They never return phone calls! I had shoulder surgery 10 Days ago and I need a referral for physical therapy. I called already 5 times to get this referral, speak every time on mailbox and nobody return my call. I like the doctors but their staff seems to not care for patients. I cannot simple drive there after this surgery because I cannot move my arm. Please Doctors there fire some of your staff and hire some they care for your patient and don’t ignore them!

I have been calling and left countless messages. I finally got through to a nurse because my husband and I are high risk and isolating and out of our prescribed medications. The call was dropped and no call back. Please help.vi am caretaker for my husband since his cardiac arrest and his cognition and memory are not good. I'm diabetic and have not slept going on four days because we are out of medications. The pharmacy is contacting. We need your help. We are seniors in home isolation. Please call.

My husband saw his doc before Christmas and got told that they will put a referral in to a specialist. Now 5 weeks later he had to cancel this app because the specialist never got the referral. My husband is calling since 3 days every day to speak to someone about this because it’s always the answering machine. He is getting complete ignored because nobody calls him back. The doctors are good but the staff is ignorant to phone calls. They simple don’t care like in his case the referral department.

These people are THIEVES. I walked in with my son. No hello, no request to sign in. First question - do you have an appointment? Second question - do you have insurance? Standing there with my son, didn't even ask who the patient was. The woman at the counter had a very sour look- not even a simple smile hello for a young man who is nervous to begin with. Brought my son for an infected toe, ingrown. In the back, the male nurse takes my son's pulse ox - I stopped him to ask if they can treat surgically my son's toe. Or only prescription? The nurse didn't know, went and asked the PA, who responded to him - without ever seeing my son - we can only write a script. We don't "cut" here. The nurse comes back in and tells me exactly that. I agree to a script. The PA comes in, writes the script, and leaves after she and I have a small conversation about which had nothing to do with my son. She was there for less than 5 minutes. I'm handed a bill for $250 with a COMPREHENSIVE new patient procedural code. This facility and the PA did not meet the criteria necessary to charge under this procedural code. When I complained, the reception girls didn't know, the nurses didn't know, and so they asked the PA. Pa didn't even bother to come out and talk to me directly, her response was simply - I wrote a script and that's the code I Circle when I write a script. So obviously she didn't know either . Writing a script is not one of the three key components for this procedural code. Tried to call all day Monday to speak to the business administrator, Mark. No one answers the phone, regardless of which option on the keypad you select. I had to physically go to the facility again in the afternoon, spoke to Mark personally - obviously didn't know his procedural codes either. He also informed me that they do, in fact, do minor surgery such as my son needed. He said he would talk to the PA and assured me multiple times that he would call me back by the end of the day. Now it's Tuesday afternoon and still no phone call. I know most people simply go to the doctor and don't pay attention to codes, I spent 15 years in the medical field. As consumers, we all have a right to know what we are being billed for, and we all have access to procedural code information. Facilities like this? They count on you not paying attention or not caring because the insurance company will pick it up. Just remember, if you're meeting a deductable or a copay, it comes out of your pocket. As far as I'm concerned? This is insurance fraud plain and simple. The PA never even examined my son. Hell, she never even spoke to him. I would steer very clear of a place where you are not greeted kindly, where billing is arbitrary, where they can't even agree on which procedures they can and cannot do (cut or no? One said yes, one said no!) - and where they can't even respect you, as a consumer, enough to return a phone call. This was the first time I've been to this facility and, trust me, it will be the last. STEER CLEAR of fraudulent places!
