Encountered the rudest person on the phone! Completely unprofessional and even hung up on me! Would never go here if this is how they treat patients!

I have never been treated so rude in my life, these three girls in this office or the rudest girls I have ever dealt with in the health system. They wouldn't even help me I didn't feel good at all I didn't think it was covid-19 but I wanted to be checked to make sure and they wouldn't even show me how to make an appointment or anything in my phone had been cracked so I had a hard time even trying to make an appointment so I just headed myself right over to the ER. I suggest no one goes there unless you want to be treated like you're not a human being

Id give this place a zero star if i could. Every time i go here they can never verify my insurance the first time i paid 50.00 which is double my copay never received a refund, they didn't just credit the account either because their billing is done outside of the office. The last time i tried to take my son they tried to charge me almost 130.00. After i was about to leave they agreed to only charge me the 25.00. Today my son who they charged me the initial 50.00 for went because he fell on a nail they yet again couldn't verify insurance which should be on file considering I've taken both of mt children there at least twice and have gone there once myself. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

At first I did love this Clinic. You got in and out, they had snacks for the kids, and even gave you coloring pages to keep your children occupied while waiting to see a physician. The last time I went here I seen a heavier set, red haired , Caucasian male I do not know his name because he did not identify himself. My daughter who is seven was inhaling rapidly. The man who did not identify himself laughed at me and said she's doing that on her own. The man even went as far to tell the front desk, "I can't believe her parents believed that there is something wrong with her". Well fast forward to today's date because it's happened about six months ago, turns out my daughter has tic disorder, diagnosed by a neurologist. This is not life-threatening. My concern is what if it was? He did not even examine her. He came in the room with a biased opinion . Biased opinions can be dangerous . Thank God there was nothing seriously wrong with her . That man is a complete joke and needs to be reprimanded. If you do go there and you see that gentleman!

In waiting room ,Three workers at desk talking about a nasty smell in there ,I try to tell them it smelled like mold and where it was coming from, They sit there looking at me like am the weird one. Then the Doctor was so rude,Being old enough to be his Mother and he starts yelling at me that my heart medicine(Propranolol) isnt needed, its for anxiety and I need mental help.Sorry I didnt know he couldnt prescibe but 3 days worth for the 90 I paid and dont like women but making me cry for it was unnessasary,And if it where a mental person his behavior could of caused a suicide.
