The Receptionist, Nurse and Dr. Anna Mathews all were very friendly and helpful. I was treated with dignity and respect. I was very pleased with my diagnosis and treatment. I have visited this facility several times and feel the same about every visit.

I've been going here for years, they always treat me right and listen and they never turn me away.

I went in for a COVID test on Saturday. The entire process went very well. Every person I dealt with was very friendly and professional. Don't expect to be in and out in 5 minutes. It takes a little time but I was kept informed of each step. The provider came to my car and spent quality time answering any questions I had concerning COVID. This was the first time I used EMC Express Care and will use them again if the need arises.

When you are sick and need medical attention, go to FastERcare. Fast and efficient. My girls love coming here. It's nice to have a friendly staff when they are sick . Thank you 😊

Great care! Waited 45minutes after my scheduled appointment. Would go back!

Went for covid tests withno appointment. Was told it would be a 3 hr wait, was 2 hrs ( yay!) Elizabeth, Christana, and especially Lilah ( swabber) were great!

I went because my primary care dr was fully booked on this particular Friday and I did'nt want to go the whole weekend coughing and with severe sore throat pain. Also because this clinic is affiliated with my Dr. office. I have never gone to an urgent care clinic before, however if the need arises I would go back to Lewisville Family Care for treatment.
