Website is tricky. Had button for Televisit and one for Appointment. I chose appointment, filled information out, scanned insurance card and DL and was then sent an Televisit appointment. Went to the office and had to give the receptionist Insurance card, DL and fill out the paperwork I did online! Very frustrating that I took the time to prep online and save time only to have to do it again...
