I was charged upfront $115, they couldn't do anything for me beyond checking the blood pressure (free at every Giant Eagle), suggested to visit an Emergency Room and... two weeks later sent me an additional $140 bill for "services" (WHAT services??!!). UPMC started to pull this trick with additional surcharge of overcharge just recently, before they were just charging the whole amount upfront and now they've realized they can screw their customer at Urgent Care the same way they do in their hospitals. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Staff is very friendly and grossly incompetent, they don't have even one person there with a proper medical degree, just technicians with 6 month community college diploma.
