Was seen in February, I filled out paperwork correctly payed my 75 dollars for service, however yesterday 4/15/24 they posted a payment for 75 dollars. When I went in at 4 pm I was told they emailed me twice however they told me that they failed to put my information into the system, so no emails were sent. I have no bill attached to that 75 dollar payment nor do I have any paperwork showing that my insurance didn't cover the bill. When I asked for her manager she said she was in Altus. When I asked who her managers boss was she said she didn't know that she was new. I asked for the boss of the boss of the manager and she said there was no one above the managers boss however that means she knew her chain of command. I was told to call their billing department I did last night and they were closed till 9 am today however now when I called after 9 am per my cells time they were closed but said open at 9 am. I gave one star due to the staff refusing to show me a bill or documentation of the insurance refused to pay. The fact they dropped the ball and was dismissive of my concerns and the lack of their manager calling me first thing in the morning when I told the office staff my cell number and I wanted to be called first thing in the morning due to their failure to follow their own policies and procedures.

Desk staff is unfriendly and act like it's a bother to help you or answer a question. I had asked a question about billing and she directed me.to the read the "paper I signed" because everything was there.The doctor that day was also not very compassionate. Waited very long in the room with no updates or check ins. My second time I walked right out as soon as i heard the way the front desk talked to other patients. I went to another friendlier place. No thanks

Went in for sore throat, pain in lungs, and headache. Person at front desk and nurse were friendly, but the doctor was rude & wouldn’t answer and raised her voice when I asked what a throat culture would detect: Strep only? Tonsillitis? She raised her voice saying it was a THROAT! culture - like I was supposed to know what that is - and walked out. Wasn’t even willing to explain a negative rapid test vs. a throat culture or even tell me what terms or something to Google. Had to use Siri to explain everything to me. That’s BS. Also had to wait more than 2 hours with an appointment. Won’t be back. Other ppl in town said why did you go THERE? The other ones are better. Guess they had bad experiences too.
