I normally never have issues or problems. I checked in with ease. I was the only one  waiting. Another patient came in I assisted her with completing the paper work on her phone.  I was upset because they called the patient back who I assisted. I had been sitting over 30 mins. I asked the young man up front how was the other patient called before me. He had  no idea  and could not explain. I was displeased!

Do not go here!!!! Dr. Odom is a horrible man!! The positive comments previously written on here were more than likely did by staff. He pretend to be nice and understanding however he is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. He and his staff talk about patients negatively. While visiting, he refers you to visit his fellow doctors to get their patient money list up as well. Please don’t waste your time here, find a secure facility to give your money, time and most importantly your information to.

My wife and I received wonderful care at this facility. We both had Covid tests twice. My second one was positive, but they treated me with kindness. I’ve seen two doctors here, one female and one male. Both were so professional and kind. We’ve found our place for urgent care.

Wouldn’t go back. Was seen by a RN and no MD on site despite the posters advertising there are. Given a sheet to cover up with and when I unfolded it there was visible dirt laying on it. GROSS. Bedside manner of nurse was aweful. Stay away!
