I had a confirmed appointment that the facility did not have record of. I was taken as a walk in which probably made my wait time longer. There was no attendant at the front desk which was inconvienant for all the patients needing to check in and ask questions. However, once I saw the Dr. she was wonderful and attentive and took care of my needs.

I waited almost an hour past my appointment time. I watched the woman 20 minutes before me walk out unseen. The receptionist/nurse was not friendly. I had never been there and I will never be back.

Door was locked. Office was closed. Did not receive a call from anyone to notify me of this OR to reschedule. I called the office several times with no success of getting a hold of anyone. I even left messages asking for someone to call me back to reschedule. No response still. Quite irritated about the time and energy wasted.

If i could, i would leave 0 starts. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST. I would not go there even if it was for free . There is not one good experience that I've had with this place. Worse customer service. I have waited for 3 weeks to get my x-rays results and i finally had to make an appointment (and pay for visit) because nobody had the time to send me the reading. Now, i have been waiting for a medication for over 6 weeks because they don't have time to complete prior authorization. I have called on multiple occasions and not one of my calls was ever returned. Once i called while pulling up to the clinic to find 3 staff members chatting by the phone ignoring Calles. When you call and ask for their names, they refuse to give it to you. The list goes on and on.

This place is ridiculous, after making an appointment and getting there we were told that for my daughter's symptoms (fussy, not eating, etc.) they would only do a virtual visit. We asked how they would possibly look at her ears and throat (we suspected an ear or sinus infection) and she said she doesn't know but that's the only appointments they would do. We went somewhere else and turns out she does have a double ear infection. Not sure how they would've expected to diagnose that over the phone.

The provider at this facility is really good. However, the staff is extremely rude. Today I waited for an hour for a virtual appointment and the doctor never showed. When I called the main line to let the front office staff know that I was waiting for the doctor to join I was instructed to wait an additional 5 minutes, but again the never joined the video. I’ve only been trying to see a doctor at the facility for over 3 weeks now.

This is fake web site or App made appointment and took there is not testing place please stop this nonsense may be some body seriously sick 🤒 Don’t play
