Scheduled online, no problems.  Check-in was a breeze and staff friendly and professional.

We got an appointment got there early and were seen before the schedule time.  The provider was good and explained to get hold of a Dr for his problems.  I would recommend this facility to others.

1.5 hours wait to be seen - with a pre scheduled appointment and having arrived early to fill out forms. Unacceptable. The PA kept pushing back on my right as a patient to participate in choosing treatment options.

Scheduled appointment last night for 0900 time and was met quickly, checked in, and seen in 20 minutes total time. The staff were very caring and efficient.  I was in a time crunch trying to make a flight across country, and the staff made this encounter pleasant and non stressful.  I would highly recommend this provider based on my experience today.

My mother in law called this morning asking to be brought in to have her ears cleaned out. We got an appointment easily. Her ears were mostly cleaned out but she needs to see an ENT to get the rest of it out. We were very happy with that part but where we are disappointed in Carbon Health is they took her oxygen level and it read 64% then on the other hand it read 69%. Based on those readings we took her to Good Sam ER to be checked out and her readings came in at 96% and 97%. When the reading was so low they should have tried a different machine or try it out on someone else in the room.

At 6 am was able to schedule a 9am appointment for my asthma and cough. Arrived and was seen right away. Staff was very professional and kind. Care received was excellent. Would definitely go back if I need it.

My wife has some questions for the provider even after I left. Jen was super helpful and patient. Amazing care experience
