CityHealth, San Leandro Urgent Care

Poor service. Everything was going well—the nurse practitioner did a very good job—but the problem was that there was an error with the prescription. I called multiple times, but they didn't correct it; I sent messages, but they never sent the corrected prescription. I lost the entire day because of this.

Called ahead to see if they accepted my insurance, I was told they do.  Made an appointment, showed up for my appointment, only to be told they DON’T accept my insurance.  It would have taken less than 5 minutes for someone to take my Insurance ID number and accurately confirm that.  Instead, my time was wasted and I have to wait longer to receive the urgent care I need.

Went very well with nurse practictioner. The staff wasn’t very friendly. I waited way too long after a cancellation the previous day j. But I was very pleased with the nurse that helped me! She was A+++

Wait time was a little long, but I DID come in at a later time in the day on a same day appointment, so that’s probably to be expected. Even with that being said, I had an overall great experience with the staff, and clinic had a nice ambiance to it. In my particular situation, I walked in a little misinformed about my work related injury due to not being informed by my own place of work, but Susana was really cool and informed me on how to handle my situation. Overall, it lead to my situation having a positive outcome and was handled correctly when I went back to work. The manager here was really cool too! I would recommend this provider.

I came to CityHealth for strep throat and had a great experience from start to finish. Scheduling was quick and easy, check-in was smooth, and I barely had to wait. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. I received the care and medication I needed and felt well taken care of throughout my visit. The facility was also very clean and organized. Overall, a great experience with CityHealth, and I would definitely recommend them! 😊

Woke up 0500 and right ear was blocked with wax. We fly 7000 miles soon and I wanted to avoid ear aches on take off & landing. Multiple same day appointments available. Both ears needed ear drops to soften & 5 minute flush to remove. Total time in/out was 1 hour. Lots of paperwork but insurance covered. Very pleased and I recommend for thorough earwax removal.

I had severe pain in my back that made it hard to do anything I was able to book a same day appointment and be seen and treated with care and got help with my severe pack pain and I’m feeling a lot better today thank God I had a pleasant experience with the staff and he even assisted me with my children when I need a little help due to my limitations I really appreciated that. I’m so grateful I can actually enjoy life again. Thank you, Everyone, for all your help and care.

Absolutely awful experience. Waited nearly an hour for sub par care. The “person” who was me was beyond rude and in the end not helpful. Told me to go to the ER. When i got to the ER the doctor their disagreed with them and said they should have helped me instead of sending me to the ER. Was very rude to me on top of not helping me. 1/10 experience.

Receptionist was unegaging amd dismissive. The person who administered my test was friendly and professional.

Very long wait. BUT they let you know how long and I was able to wait in the comfort of my car. There's a reason why I keep coming here for any urgent care needs.
