The care provider that runs this location is woefully inexperienced. They should not be confirming procedures with staff and charging a patient only later for that patient to find out they cannot follow through on the procedure. You should put patients above profits.

I usually go here because it’s usually quick and easy. This time I went with no insurance and did self pay. The exam was $225 and was less than 40 mins. The medical assistant then told me she will do Covid and flu testing and did not even say that it will cost extra so when I came out, it was $85 each test which is ridiculous. I told the dr I felt like I had strep and he quickly looked and said no but I have all the symptoms. I have been trying to call several times & they don’t pick up!!

I love the ease of booking an appointment online. The receptionist and medical staff are always personable and knowledgeable. I would recommend 9/10.

Provider was not available. No one called to let me know. Then didn’t accept my medical coverage. A total waste of time Would not recommend

Struggling with a congestion that won’t go away so came here as I’ve done any other time I’ve gotten sick and it’s super easy to book an appointment same day. And only waited a bit to get checked, was here about 40 minutes max and got prescribed medication. Was immediately diagnosed and they were very kind and patient.

The visit and staff were fine but I didn’t have my prescription called in to pharmacy when I left as suggested by the staff I had to call the pharmacy to find out it was not called in.  That was disappointing as I wanted to start the medication immediately

I had been to City Health once before and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to schedule an appointment. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable.  The medical care was great with the PA explaining everything in an unhurried manner.  I would highly recommend this provider.

I had a great experience from scheduling online, to the exceptional reception attendant, to the assistant who called me back, to the trained medical professional who was able to prescribe a medication that was available at my pharmacy of choice within an hour. Thank you for being there when I need you. I will gladly return, and I will suggest your office to others.

Loved the scheduling process and front desk staff were pleasant. Unfortunately they don't take my insurance and failed to catch this even though I provided my insurance info. Had to drive several towns over after 6 pm at night. Not fun.

It was great but cannot be late more than 9 min . But overall it was great!
