MA provides care in snippy manor. NP is in and out in 2 minutes. Leave MA to provide info with loud smart mouth. Talking down to me. The shot was given way to far up in the hip and continued to swell and bruised for 2 days. Not a good experience at Princeton clinic. Both visits here same MA both times she was loud over-talked me and even the NP.

Please seek a different clinic if you are experiencing anything other than a cold or minor injury. This place is not Urgent care. Please see below for my experience. I went in to the clinic last Thursday and told them a log rolled off the tailgate of my truck and fell on my foot while I had only sandals on. Instead of taking xrays of my foot they opted to remove the toenail on my big toe sending me home with no discharge/aftercare instructions or any sort or walking boot. The only information I was given was to soak my foot with the toenail removed in EPSOM SALT 2-3times daily. I returned Monday as the swelling and bruising became significantly worse. I soaked my foot only once as with an exposed nailbed the salt on an open wound was extremely painful. The same receptionist was at the desk and I told her I needed xrays as I suspected a break. She insisted I pay another 75$ copay. I asked her why I was not given any aftercare instructions nor why any xrays were taken when I originally came in and she stated “Well you can take that up with our patient care advocate Jan” and she gave me her number. I paid the additional copay and they took xrays and determined I indeed did have a comminuted fracture on the distal phalanx of the big toe. I was given a small boot which barely covered my size 15 foot. And being that the toenail was removed prior to xrays there is now no protection over the nailbed and broken bone area. I since have seen an orthopedic surgeon specialist whom evaluated and treated and gave me the appropriate walking protection for my foot. The specialist also stated that soaking the foot in Epsom salt, removing the toenail prior to xrays was not the proper treatment for this injury. I did speak with the patient care advocate whom agreed to refund my 2nd copay. While that’s nice to refund the 75$ I should have been xrayed and given a proper diagnosis. I walked on and made this injury worse over the weekend because of a missed diagnosis on your clinics part.
