Lexi was AMAZING! SUCH A KIND and sweet soul! She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I had a really bad experience at the AFC on Colfax (stay away from there). I called her and she told me to come right in! This is the service one would expect at a medical facility. Thank you so much for helping me get my Covid test quickly! I sought out Lutheran Spine because at the time the pain clinic I was going to was not providing what I needed. From my first visit I felt that Dr. Ksiazek was a better fit. She took the time to listen to my concerns and was willing to explore more options then just medication and injections. I have been going to see Dr. Ksiazek and the team at Lutheran for about 8 months now. I still feel she take the time to here my concerns and continue to explore options to improve my quality of life. Beyond Dr. Ksiazek the entire team has been great. I have done a lot of PT and Susan Gates has been one of the best therapists I ever had. She also takes the time to here my concerns and listens to me when I say something is not working. I have also been seeing Dr. Milkavick for about 3 months. She has been very helpful in many areas of my life in that time. She is intelligent and able to keep up with my fast paced communication style. The fact that Lutheran has a Pain Psychologist under the same roof speaks for itself. I do not want to forget reception. Most doctors offices I have visited I feel like I am putting reception out by even walking in the door, no eye contact, long waits and having to call multiple times just to set an appointment are the norm in my experience. not at Lutheran Spine, I am always greeted within a few minutes of walking in regardless of how busy they are at the moment. When I call in they answer the phone more often than not and when I do leave a message they always return my call

Can’t speak highly enough of you guys. I love the team here! I’ve been a patient seems like forever since following Dr Kliennert from her previous practice. I continue to refer as many friends and family as I can to the practice and the trusted practitioners here. I’m always well taken care of by the entire team. I feel listen to and remembered. Quality of care is what I received every time! Bella goes out of her way to get you taken care of. Anna is a trusted member of my health team and works side by side with Dr Kliennert. All the medical assistants do the same for the doctors and PAs. I love this place for that . I’ve moved several times since joining here and I still call this place my health care home!
