We needed to get a raoid covid test for my son. We scheduled easily, checked in and had the test and were home within 40 minutes.

It would be helpful to have a way to stay in your car after check in until they’re ready for you without dragging a bunch of kids inside to be told to go back to the car until a room is ready. I like checking in from the car, but waiting in the car would be even better.

PM Pediatrics has been very reliable and trustworthy in providing urgent care for all of my children. Their hours are great considering many health complications with children occur at night. The staff is always courteous.

The Doctor and nurse were great with my 7 year old grandson. They put both of us at ease, especially when the nurse tested him for covid. My grandson appreciated their sense of humor.

I love PM Pediatrics. I will only bring my child here for urgent needs.

The facility was very clean and the check in process was quick. There was no one else in the waiting room so we were seen pretty quickly. The nurse was very kind and reassuring during her visit. However, the dr came in and spent a total of 2 mins examining my daughter. Her exam wasn’t thorough at all and I don’t believe my daughter received the best care she could’ve. We were there because my daughter has a sore throat. The nurse took a sample to test for Covid but the dr didn’t test her for strep which I would think is pretty standard. We’re both anxious to receive her results in the meantime but our visit with the dr left much to be desired. There was no one else there so I have no idea why she rushed the exam.

I should have come to PM Pediatrics in Parkville a long time ago! Everyone knows exactly how to treat their patients and family correctly. From nurse Bianca, to Dr. Klein and the M.A who directed us to our room (I really wish I got her name), you are all awesome. It renewed my confidence in urgent care after having a horrible experience at Patient First. My only suggestion is that specimens be labeled before leaving the patient's room but I know you handle those test with utmost care to avoid mixed up. I am glad there is an alternative place that patients can choose in our area. I will definitely drive a little further out to get the care my children deserved.

We had a very good experience today. My son had something stuck in his ear and we were in and out in 25 minutes. The staff was friendly and kind. We would definitely go back if we are ever in need of urgent care.

I took my son for a sinus infection. We arrived right when they open and we were seen within 10 minutes. All the staff were great. The doctor we saw was so kind and patient with my son. I'll absolutely be back.

Normally I would have absolutely no complaints, however you just can’t walk in to have your child seen. They tell you to make an appointment to be seen. Isn’t that the point of urgent care, to be able to walk in with a sick child? Nothing on there website states this process now!

Went to a pediatric urgent care center so that docs would specialize in children. My child had worsening/non stop coughing, and was in day 3/4 of an illness which is a sign of RSV, which apparently circulating at high rates among older children this year. This possibility was never raised as a part of the diagnosis conversation. We left with a treatment plan of atypical pnuemonia with antibiotics which felt like a bit of a guess and still with uncontrolled coughing. We ended up in the ER about 8 hours later with breathing distress from the coughing and ultimately an RSV diagnosis. Doing a nebulizer treatment likely would have turned the tide likely, or given a more accurate treatment plan. Only mentioning in case it helps treat other patients.

I love the convenience and ability to make sane day appointments. The front desk staff is not the friendliest but not the worst. The clinical staff is very friendly. I come here regularly for urgent issues because my children’s primary care doctor is far away. The reason for my rating is because I am frustrated that the doctor gave me the third degree about declining a COVID test for my baby. I brought her in for a rash and she insisted that she could not clear her for COVID without a test and had to note it in the letter for daycare. I didn’t bring her in for COVID. She doesn’t have any COVID symptoms WHY ARE WE SPEAKING OF COVID. I’m not interested in traumatizing my baby with COVID tests every time I come to seek care, just so they can check off a box. I came to get clearance for a rash.

My husband took our children there to be tested. They did not offer rapid Covid tests and they charged him for an urgent care visit for both children even though they were only there for tests and received no other treatment. They tried to get my husband to agree to a more expensive “rapid pcr” test that would get results in less time, but still provide no test results at the visit. They refused to test my husband along with the children even though that is a service they once provided. And it’s impossible to speak to anyone at the front desk if you call.

Only needed a covid test, had to book an appt, so I did. Got there on time, then waited 2 hours to be seen by a doctor because they wouldn't send the test to the lab without it. And results will be back tomorrow night, after all that.

I had an appt for 2:50, and it was after 4pm when I left and my son had yet to be seen by the doctor. The nurse finally did my son's Covid test, which is the only thing I came for and we left. Why allow patients to book appointments if the correct amount of staff is not there to efficiently handle the appointments on time?

Good day my name is Shneideur Bredy and when I did a covid test on Friday August 13 I was told that the results would be sent to me on Sunday August 15 because I had a flight on Monday August 16. It's Sunday and I still don't have my results yet. Is there a way for you to send me the results tonight because my flight is tomorrow morning.

Upon entering with a child who was bleeding and scared there was no urgency displayed. Once in the room the doctor, again no urgency, briefly assessed the wound. He didn’t engage this scared child with any attempt to calm his fears, instead he left and sent the nurse back with numbing cream. Overall I observed multiple time when cross contamination could have occurred, including the doctor dumping bloody water (after the saline rinse) directly down the sink drain without further clean up. Additionally, there was nothing that would indicate any of the staff or doctor were specialized in treating children. My son voiced his fears of the needle as well as his apprehensions throughout the process. The doctor did not attempt to assist him through the process with any sense of empathy or kindness needed to care for a scared child. After completing the sutures the doctor globed on some ointment and placed on a bandaid (smaller than the wound). The ointment was oozing out the side of the bandage. I asked if he was planning to leave it that way and he just walked out with out responding. I then went over to the sink to get a tissue to wipe it and found dried blood all over my sons hand and arm. No attempt was made to clean him beyond the cut area. Overall this was a pathetic excuse for a pediatric urgent care given there was nothing urgent or pediatric about it. Very, very disappointed in the service!
