I don’t often write reviews but I felt it necessary in this case! I have never been to an urgent care facility as awesome as this one! The wait time was short (although we booked an appointment) the staff was super friendly and amazing, and the level of care exceeded my expectations! The doctor went above and beyond for my child! I was shocked that an urgent care took the time to actually care! I have already recommended this facility to friends! I was just blown away! Keep up the great work guys!

My son has autism and usually struggles with urgent care visits. This office made the effort to connect with him from the office secretary, RN and provider. When he was becoming a little agitated, the secretary took us on a tour to look at all the animal paintings in the clinic. This small gesture of kindness was deeply appreciated.

Came to Austin for a short vacation during spring break and sadly needed medical support of our youngest son, Boyd. The check-in process was simple and fast, and the staff was exceptional!! Best thing is that it’s so convenient to Kalahari!!! Would definitely be my go to for pediatric urgent care if we lived in the area!

We had to wait almost an hour to be seen and there seemed to be some employee dinner which I understand needs to happen but for an urgent care center I feel there should be some one to cover patients during breaks at least could be taking our vitals seeing what brought us there for.

Super fast, CLEAN, and amazing doctors, nurses and staff. I booked our child’s appointment through solv website, but even though we had a set time, they worked us in according to how many patients were there. We are self pay so the cost was what I expected, but not outrageous. The check in was super easy, I did it from my phone right after we parked. I totally recommend this facility for any child minor emergency. Our pediatrician actually recommended us to come here and I wouldn’t doubt the quality of care especially if our established practice is recommending. OUTSTANDING!!! Thank you so much for your amazing care for our child!♥️
