Very welcoming and efficient. Check-in process excellent. My son hurt his ankle pretty badly and wobbled in. They quickly got a wheelchair. X-ray tech so helpful and kind. Then checking out, great service from the nurse about his boot and crutches. High praise for front desk and all staff. Highly recommend and this will be my to go Urgent care in the future.

This was our first time at this urgent care. It was really set up for kids and everyone there was so sweet to my son. He isn't afraid of strep tests anymore because it was so painless for him. We'll definitely be back.

Generally speaking I can understand why there is an appointment system now but I also feel bc it is urgent care it is quite frustrating to not be able to be seen for like two or three hours. I’m not sure if booking an appointment through an app it is as effective as adminstration may think it is. The PM pediatric in Ashburn is closer to my home but we can never seem to get in there given the new system. If is frustrating as a parent to have to book an appointment online via an app and have to upload insurance document each time. Herndon, without fail, I can get in quicker without any wait. I do not mind driving bc overall the service is always great. The service at Ashburn, when I can get I can get in, is also superb as well. Please take this feedback into consideration. Nonetheless, I do Thank you for your service as health providers and recognize these are trying times.

Perfect service! My son needed a covid pcr test at the last minute. I made an appointment online for the next day, the wait time was less than 3 minutes. Incredible service!

Staff from the very beginning was friendly, helpful and patient. The facility was bright and clean. Wait time was minimal which was very nice for my two sick kiddos. Bedside manner was excellent from the nurse and physician. Communication of test results was clear and easy.

Our experience at PM Pediatrics was outstanding!!! Our son had a lung/breathing issue, and the staff were so incredibly dedicated, diligent, competent, and caring, that we were taken aback. They ensured every topic was covered, every treatment explained, and when we had to stay longer than expected, they were kind enough to give our son a popsicle (and provide a phone charger to me when my phone nearly died). Would recommend every family come here for their children’s care!

Took two kids in with cold symptoms and needed COVID test to return to school. Staff was so nice, facility so clean and welcoming. When my youngest was terrified of test, they were calm and gentle with him. Fast service and kind staff made it a great experience.

Staff was very courteous and were very diligent to triage my child's symptoms effectively. Their online system to receive test results was easy to access. I definitely would recommend this facility when you are unable to see your primary care physician.

We have always had a good experience at PM Pediatrics in Fairfax. We usually book an appointment online, and they stay pretty true to their appointment times, though on occasion we have to wait for a bit in the exam room. The doctors and nurses are very friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend PM Pediatrics to anyone with children.

This is a place you never want to voluntarily go but when you do have to go the entire team makes you and your little one feel safe and in good hands. One never feels paranoid for bringing your child to this practice for off hours or emergency help. We appreciate the care and how wonderful the team from check-in to diagnosis to testing.

Wonderful all around. It was a long wait but I was warned and the receptionist squeezed us in as a walk in so I am thankful for that. So even with 17 people ahead of us and one doctor handling it all, I was just happy to get in at all! I will definitely go back for urgent care needs (regular doc closer to home) and recommend to friends. Thank you to everyone who worked 9/12 and stay safe!

I was pretty nervous bringing my autistic toddler to an unknown medical place during the pandemic; however, I was absolutely set at ease by the accommodating staff and the cleanliness of the environment! The receptionist was incredibly kind and efficient. The nurses were knowledgeable and willing to work with us. The doctor, bless him, was a saint. He worked really well under pressure and not only was he patient but didn’t give up until he had fully assessed my kid. I’m still floored by the quality of the services rendered and immediately recommended the place to my mom friends.

This was our first time here. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. My daughter had an X-ray done and we definitely would come back if needed in the future. She was nervous at first but when we left she said they “just love me there”. We booked the appointment based on arrival but the wait was not long at all. We also were referred by her pediatrician because they are open after hours. The check in process is also very quick and the waiting room is made for the kids which made her feel comfortable. This place is the best!
