Getting the appointment was challenging and discouraging. Everything else was fine. This was a telemedicine appt, pre-Covid test. The doctor was professional snd warm, lovely on the zoom call. I did not go to any facility; this was at home.

2 min telehealth prior to covid test. Seemed pointless. 25 min of waiting.

Efficient system but I was texted questions about symptoms travel history and received no response to my texts back. Then when I arrived for the COVID test I was told it would be higher yield to come to following day. I drove 13 miles to the testing site and should have been told that well ahead of time when being screened.
