Tetanus shots

Unfortunately this was a return from previous Saturday. Diagnosed as viral but symptoms continue. Today was prescribed an antibiotic, hopefully this will take care of it. I did not make an appointment. Staff was great. Only had about 45 minute wait.

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

The care was great. The dr was very professional and kind They made sure my prescription went to the correct pharmacy I will be using their services again

I had to visit the clinic on a Sunday morning and received very friendly and compassionate care from all of the staff, especially Jessica Paulson P.A. There was very little wait time and I felt as though everyone genuinely cared for my wellbeing. Would recommend to anyone needing urgent care services.

Experience exceeded my expectations. The friendliness of front desk staff and medical assistant was excellent. Was seen in a timely manner and felt confident that the care given was appropriate. Yes, a 5 star review.

I had to wait longer than I expected ( about 1/2 hour) but only because a family of three signed in before me. But, it was worth the wait! The practitioner listened to me. She asked several questions about my symptoms and was able to diagnose me accurately. She prescribed an antibiotic for a sinus infection and suggested a decongestant for the fluid in my ears. I was feeling better in a few days!
