I was able to make my appointment easily online. This is the second time I’ve gotten there and the Doctor and clinical staff were late. When this happens it’s understandable that they cannot let the patients into the waiting room. When I finally got into the waiting room, I still had to wait to be seen and I was the first and only patient there. I believe this is why they run behind schedule.

From the moment I arrived,, the girl at front desk was courteous, friendly,, knowledgeable,, and walked me thru the whole process,,, and the whole process went fast and smoothly
