Long wait even with appointment. Made appointment the day before for 10:15 am. Presently at 11:40, still no call back to the room. When brought to the attention of the front desk.. the overall, response was.. “oh.” That’s it. No apologies. No explanation. Even as people who came in after where seen before us with later appointments. People come into urgent care because they are unwell. Just not cool for the ball to be dropped. And no care or concern for the long wait times when there should not have been due to having an appointment.

I feel like I was ripped off. I paid my $50 copay and when the Dr came in she did a poor exam of my left side not even pushing to feel for a knot. Told me I needed to see my primary Dr and get a CT scan ordered that she couldnt do it because the ins company may not pay and I would get a huge bill. Then as she was getting ready to leave I had to ask her to check my ears because I was just getting over bronchitis. If I knew she wasnt going to actually do a proper exam I would not have gone there. And this isn't even the first experience I have had with them. My first was a drug test to work with the state and they requested that I come back because the test came back inconclusive and they needed to retest. I told them I didnt take the state job and was told oh then don't worry about it then. Are they just looking to rip people and insurance companies off? I can say I will not be back and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Beware: this company is crooked. They’ll tell you one price during your visit and then bill you for a bunch of bs they didn’t even do during your visit. The physician during my visit did not physically touch me once, so how could she check for anything? She took two swabs of my mouth to test for strep and I got a bill in the mail for being tested for an upper respiratory infection, when I had, in fact, already paid for 2 labs during my visit. And don’t bother calling the billing department - THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I left a message, only to receive an automated callback 2 days later that was absolutely no help. So you get billed for something that wasn’t done and there’s nobody to speak to in order to have it fixed. Crooked as they come and I’d recommend going anywhere else for treatment.
