The staff was great. Friendly and I love the way you can register online. The wait wasn't bad, the receptionist gave me a time estimate and it was shorter than she told me. The nurse was friendly and kind. Even the doctor was nice, but seemed to be very unaware of much about severe asthma. This seemed strange for an urgent care setting where they advertise they treat asthma attacks. When I mentioned taking Brio she had no idea what I was talking about which shocked me since it is a rather common severe asthma drug. Overall, though she did get me treatment right--I had bronchitis but was on the mend and didn't need antibiotics. So for this trip I was happy. But I would never go back for an asthma attack since this was my second experience at this clinic with a doctor who had no idea what they were talking about with severe asthma. The first time, the doctor listened to my lungs and said I was not having an attack and refused to give me any treatment. I struggled along for several days until I went to see my actual doctor (it had been a weekend) who was shocked at being told what had happened. I was definitely having an attack and had been all along just as I thought. So buyer beware. If you know a lot about your own care and understand your own illness well, you might be okay here; but avoid if you are struggling with asthma.

BEWARE! This company is running a scam by overcharging. This is the second time they have overcharged for TRICARE visits. Its only $30-$40 at a time so its not worth the hassle to fight it. They say its the amount TRICARE doesn't cover, but they don't tell you that you have to pay the difference while you are there. They agree to pay what TRICARE offers in order to cover TRICARE patients. Then they go to collections for an additional $25 without you knowing. Its done across their entire network. Boycott!
