The Dr saved my husband’s life. I thought he had a flu due to his everything he was experiencing. It turned out he needed to be admitted to the hospital. While he was in urgent care the Dr took and EKG and my husband’s pressure was very high. If it had not been for this facility. My husband could have died from a stroke or even worse . The widow maker. I am truly blessed for this facility.

The doctor was super nice and very informative. Staff was also nice. Great experience. My daughter had a very bad (we didn’t know if was broken until we got the x-rays at ProHealth Circle urgent care.). We had been to an Ortho doctor a year ago for the other ankle and we found the doctor at ProHealth more knowledgeable and more patient with my daughter than the specialist. ProHealth is great for Ortho.

The 2 girls that came into the exam room were carrying on a private convo. The one with the long black hair asked me a question but then cut me off during my response. Neither of them shut the door to my exam room. The girl with the long black hair was discussing what was going on in the hallway. I was able to see people walk by me while I was in there. I was there for a covid test rapid/pcr. The girl was so unnecessary rough. There was no need to stick the Qtip as far as she did and as rough as she did. I literally pulled away! I have had so many and I know it’s not done that way. These girls were like the Tasmanian devil, the way they were in and out of the room. No eye contact! Private conversations! No Professionalism! No privacy!

Firstly, I created a 4:30pm appointment on the app and didn’t expect to wait almost a half hour before being tested. Finally, I was put off when I arrived at the facility it was empty to my surprise because each time I visited this facility is usually crowded. However, there was only one person and they were being attended to when I walked in. So, I was next in line a minute later another person walked in the opposite door. When the receptionist finished attending to the person, she immediately turned to he person who walked in after me. I interjected and told her I was next which was clear because the place was empty prior to my arrival.

The experience was excellent. I have one question. When the doctor came in (I had nasal congestion and thought that I was getting a sinus infection) she said she was calling in a prescription for an antibiotic to my drug store. I didn't get a notice from my drug store so I'm wondering if it was sent. Just checking. The appointment arrangement on line was easy to use.

Was able to sign in and then go home until I received a text to come back. So convenient. Once there the staff was so polite and cheerful even after a long day at work. Employee who administered the test was beyond helpful and very encouraging with her advice and experiences.

Clean and professional medical office. Courteous and friendly staff. Fast processing. Dr. Veronica Taversky is fantastic. I have seen her numerous times for stitches, diagnoses of infections and prescription medication. She is professional and highly knowledgeable. I had to get two Covid tests 1 week apart for cataract surgery. First eye results in time which is 96 hours. UNFORTUNATELY WHEN SECOND TEST WAS DONE I GOT A PHONE CALL FOR RESULTS IF FIRST TEST. I WAS AT SURGERY CENTER IN WEST ORANGE FOR NOTHING. ARE U KIDDING ME!! DO THEY LOOK AT DATES ON RESULTS. A MISTAKE LIKE THIS IS HORRIBLE AND NOT EXCUSED. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. SO U CALL A PATIENT WITH RESULTS RHAT ARE NOT CORRECT?????? SHAME ON THIS EMPLOYEE FOR DOUNF THIS TO ME!!!
