Wonderful! Staff knowledgeable friendly and helpful. Dr Jenny was patient with me, listen to my concerns and very helpful. Today went to the lab for blood work. Same care. Very helpful and caring.

I had an appointment but I was taken 30 minutes after the appointment. I was told by the PA that she would call me in 15 minutes with the test results. She didn’t. I had to call 1 hour later.

I went for a covid test for a procedure which, I thought was free. Unbeknownst to me, I was told that the I/health insurance carrier would be charged for the tests if I chose to take both. Please clarify costs with patients, state data vs. office data in reference to covid testing charges.

We had appointments for 3:00 pm and 3:20 pm respectively. Checked in on the phone so we just had to wait a few minutes for our covid tests. Sabrina was friendly and efficient. Well balanced bedside manner. Blood taking was painless and quick. The doctor who took tge swabs was efficient as well. We would highly recommend the Freeport facility.

I booked an appointment for a COVID rapid test at midnight Weds night/Thursday AM for Friday at 3:45. I had the test and the results in 25 minutes. Excellent service during this difficult, difficult time.

Some staff were having an argument in front of the patients. Also, the attending nurse administer the COVID test sample was not very gentle. She appeared she was not having a good day and it was coming out in her approach with the patients.
