I am very upset that you no longer take my health plan or my kids Healy plan. I really have relied on you for our care for many years and now we are no longer covered and have to pay out of pocket if we chose to use you. You should take ALL healthcare plans.

Waited 25 mins after checkin. Did covid rapid test. Went fast. But then male dr was insisting since was negative to do the 3 day test and i said no and argued me how rapid isnt accurate. And people went from neg to pos and i better get retested soon. Felt uncomfirtable

Everyone at the front desk was great. Rep in back area were professional. That doctor was outstanding. She was so happy and professional. Made me feel great. although still waiting for COVID testing. I so glad I choose this facility. The doctor was definitely on target with her diagnosis. Much has changed for the better since I was there last.

Dr Smith and assistant Vee were wonderful. I came in to the urgent care with a bad cut and need stitches. They were both so pleasant and calmed my nerves. The staff was very caring, and the next day I recommend a friend who had an ear infection visit this facility because of my positive experience.

It was good. Overall it was excellent. The only problem is my wife and I never got our Covid Test results. They said we would receive a text back and/or email 15-20 minutes after the test, however my wife had to call the place the next morning to find out the results.

I loved it here! Having vibrant and energetic staff made my experience wonderful. I had little to no wait and I was accommodated by Jada who was great! She made sure I was comfortable and made sure she answered all my questions before and after the test was given. Also doctor Patel was amazing with giving me the proper instructions in regards to following up after my Covid test was done. I’m thankful for this because I was very nervous about my first test but she helped me so it wasn’t that bad after all. One thing I must say though, I definitely didn’t expect to laugh during my test but Jada made sure I giggled in the process. Again, thank you guys for all the hard work you guys do and I will look forward to seeing Jada and doctor Patel if I need to go back any time soon.
