Went in as a walk in after being referred from another urgent care who don’t specialize in pediatrics. Got there about 9:15am and out by 10:20am. Very friendly staff and very helpful front staff. The doctor that day was very sweet and I like that she was very thorough about symptoms and gave specific instructions on how to clear them up quickly.

I've taken my kids many times to this location, unfortunately this time I was a little dissapointed for the looong wait, obviously I'm taking my son because he feels sick, but after 3 hours waiting, he felt worse, his fever came back in that lapse of time. Hopefully they don't make any more appointments than what they can handle. I was a walk in.

The staff was awesome ! Sometimes I find it difficult getting quality treatment at urgent care facilities. However , this location exceeded my expectations . The wait was short and the doctor listened to all my concerns and went above and beyond to insure my little one was feeling well . It’s people like her that give hope to the world ! It was pretty fast ..we didn't have to wait as long only for them to tell me that my daughter's ear pain might be from allergies and she was to start up on nasel spray and allergy medicine. The next morning I get a phone call from school to pick her up, due to severe ear pain only to take her back to another appointment @ Dr. Office where she was given antibiotics for an ear infection and also swab for Flu, strep, and covid-19 due to her getting a fever.

Nurse and Dr were EXCELLENT at explaining the needs of my daughter. They listened to every worry and concern I had during our visit. Very clean!!! I love how compassionate the dr was. Only urgent care I ever take my children to. Love it here!!! Thank you so much for all you do.

They did screen my children for Covid, they asked if they had received their flu vaccines, but they did not screen for flu nor offer the vaccine. I took them in due to high temperatures, fevers, coughs, congestion, and some nasal stuffiness. Since the visit both kids tips have gone up and their coughs turned into wheezing, which made me wonder why they weren’t screened for flu.

I went in Saturday for a morning appointment, later in the afternoon my son developed a fever a new symptom that he didn’t have that morning. I called the office to see if they could ask the provider to ask if now if he needs a prescription for some medicine since this could possibly change his diagnoses. I never received a call back Saturday. I called Sunday again and I was told the same thing someone would call me back. I never received a phone call back after numerous staff said someone would. I find this concerning when it comes to the care of children the lack of urgency and communication the staff exhibited.

I was able to get scheduled with a breeze online. The check in was pleasant but was not given an estimated time, just told could look up on app. The staff were helpful but we’re enjoying themselves a little too loudly, laughing out loud while a certain appointment time took 2 hours to be seen. For the NP to take care only 10 minutes. Not complaining just giving my advice.
