It was pretty fast ..we didn't have to wait as long only for them to tell me that my daughter's ear pain might be from allergies and she was to start up on nasel spray and allergy medicine. The next morning I get a phone call from school to pick her up, due to severe ear pain only to take her back to another appointment @ Dr. Office where she was given antibiotics for an ear infection and also swab for Flu, strep, and covid-19 due to her getting a fever.

Nurse and Dr were EXCELLENT at explaining the needs of my daughter. They listened to every worry and concern I had during our visit. Very clean!!! I love how compassionate the dr was. Only urgent care I ever take my children to. Love it here!!! Thank you so much for all you do.

The staff was absolutely amazing, and kind. The NP was great, and personable. The wait time was off putting. When I checked in, it said 0 people in front of me, but I still had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes. Once we were in the exam room, we were in and out in an hour, even with waiting on test results. Overall I was happy with the service we received, and would use them again if needed.

The Dr was great and very kind. He was patient and explained everything very well to me and my 9 year old daughter. She was petrified and crying when we got there. His demeanor and kindness made my daughter feel at ease. He asked both of us if we had any questions. She left out that door with a smile and laughing. You can tell he is genuine and makes the kids feel at ease. Thank you!
