The facility was VERY clean, staff from desk to the lovey APRN we’re so nice! I felt like they gave me attention and attention to detail. This place is not just a Doc in a Box. I will use the center whenever I need “urgent care”. Thank you all!!

I've gone here twice to get a COVID test. First time was great - staff was friendly and helpful, wait time was a bit long but it was a weekend so understandable. Second time was a huge disappointment and waste of time. Came at 4:45 - over 3 hours before closing - and when I told the receptionist I was there to get a COVID test, he just shook his head at me. I asked "no?" and he told me it was too late for them to take a walk-in for a COVID test. NOWHERE on the website have I seen anything about you needing to be there by a certain time other than it saying the last patient will be taken 15 minutes before closing. Again, I was here over 3 hours before closing. Website advertises over and over that you can walk-in for COVID testing so this was an unwelcome surprise and a very frustrating experience.

I came in for a visit, mainly for the covid test because I was sick. I told the doctor I had an ear ache, she never even checked my ear, and I told her multiple times it was hurting. She seemed like she just wanted me to hurry up and leave.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and quick and all wait times were reasonable. About 5-10 mins in the lobby and about as long a wait for the PA after the. It’s took all my vitals. All questions answered.

Cory was amazing. My only major concern was that I identified that my daughter had a medication allergy and the APRN who saw us prescribed the one she was allergic to (which I picked up at the pharmacy and paid for) and I had to call back and get a different one. If they document allergies, that should not be ignored when prescribing.
